- If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Transit
Getting around is very easy in Mt. P. First of all if you like to exercise walk to and through the Old village is fun. To get around you’ll need a vehicle but everything worth seeing and doing are just a short <5 mins away. If you’re looking for a night out or to spend some time downtown you can easily call a Uber/Lyft for a straight shot to King St.

I had a wonderful stay here. The host was very accommodating as I booked extremely last minute. The place is cosy, very clean, and I liked that you could walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. The neighbourhood is also safe and family friendly. Highly recommend this place.

The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The Alex provided clear instructions and we were able to get settled right away. The rooms were clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. The fire pit was nice and came in handy for the cold night and worked without any issues. Overall, I felt the price was fair for what we received. It offered good value for the location.

We enjoyed our stay at Alex's place and it's close to everything with a car. This is actually my 5th time visiting Charleston and previously we always booked hotels but since we travel infants this time an Airbnb would be a better option and Alex's place is great for our family with kids! Alex is very responsive and will send staff fix anything in short time! Highly recommended!
