Front Door Smart Lock Keypad- Code sent the day of check-in. Parking permit, resort key cards and pool bands provided for guests in bowl in kitchen upon arrival. Guests are granted access to all amenities at the resort including all pools, the lazy river, the onsite fitness center, and an onsite Starbucks. The host is not responsible for resort controlled amenities (ex. inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Grand Myrtle is steps away from the boardwalk, right on the beach, surrounded by shopping and restaurants. It is situated in a prime location, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and beachcombing. The neighborhood is home to many other vacation rentals and hotels, giving it a lively and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the beach, there are plenty of other attractions within walking distance of your Airbnb. Just a few blocks away, you'll find the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, including the iconic Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, a 187-foot-tall ferris wheel that offers stunning views of the city and the ocean. The neighborhood is also home to several excellent restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy delicious seafood, cocktails, and live music. Some popular spots include Sea Captain's House, Pier House Restaurant, and The Bowery. If you're looking to do some shopping, you're in luck! The Bay View Building is located near several shopping centers, including Broadway at the Beach which is a massive outdoor mall that features over 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions. - If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid for each night they stay, plus one additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights

If you don't have a car, there are several other transportation options available. The Myrtle Beach Area Transit (MBTA) offers bus service throughout the city and to nearby attractions. The bus stops are located just a few blocks away from your vacation rental, making it easy to get around. Another popular option for getting around Myrtle Beach is to rent a bike or a scooter. There are several rental shops located near the vacation rental, and riding a bike or scooter is a fun and efficient way to explore the city and the beach. If you prefer to travel by taxi or rideshare, there are several companies that operate in Myrtle Beach, including Uber and Lyft. Taxis are also available throughout the city. There are several taxi stands located near the vacation rental.

Wow! What an incredible time we had at Alex’s place. From check in to check out, everything was flawless. Alex was an excellent host, responsive and helpful. The condo had more than enough space for our family of 4. The view of the beach, sunrise and the boardwalk is breathtaking. It is located in such a convenient spot. Bonus of having a Starbucks attached to the building. Make sure to say “Hi” to Troy at Starbucks. His hospitality was incredible and made our trip even more amazing. We found the condo slightly warm, if you have a small fan to bring with you, this could be helpful. One area to note, the bedroom with the 2 beds, is separated and you feel very apart from the main condo space. The pool area is outdated and uninviting, not Alex’s fault, but worth knowing about. Our sleeps were so peaceful & relaxing because of the mattresses being so comfortable. We would return here again if we come back to Myrtle Beach. If you book Alex’s space, you will NOT be disappointed

What a nice stay! Alex was extremely attentive and we got right at home as soon as we walked in. Place is spotless, cozy and spacious. It was winter time so we spent lots of time in the indoor pool. Would absolutely come back!
