My family had a wonderful stay! The place was really nice, clean, and comfortable. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for enjoying the water and sand. The host was very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside getaway!

This is hands down one of the best rentals on Airbnb. Comfy-luxe is the word I will use. Very nice yet very comfortable. Beach view and walking distance! The pics do not do this place justice.

Our stay at Sunshine Derby was perfect. The space was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was less then a five minute walk to the beach. And beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a wagon were provided for use. I would highly recommend and we would love to book with Royall Stays again!
