Alex is responds immediately. He was flexible with check-in time. We had an issue with blanket not being washed and full of sand. We took it to couch and sand got all over couch. Messaged Alex. Next morning, cleaning lady came by to take care of the issue. Backyard was a mess when we arrived. It had rained the day before. Stayed that way the first night we were there. Guess gardener came by on the second day while we were out. When we returned, backyard was in tip top shape. Pest control man came by one morning as well. House is big, spacious rooms, big bathrooms all modern and newly renovated. Kitchen and living room are spacious so friends and family can gather together. I highly recommend renting this house. Its a quick drive to Charleston.

Alex was a great host! We stayed for my sister’s bachelorette party and no one had any complaints. We had 10 people and never felt cramped. Plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable! We will definitely book with Alex again in the future.

Awesome home in the middle of Mt. Pleasant. Spacious enough for a family of 9, but just the right size to not be overwhelming. Property Mgmt team was great to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this home. Will book again for sure!
