    • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
    • If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
    • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
    • If you cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights

This home was fantastic! It has plenty of space, with multiple beds and a layout that easily accommodates a group—we didn’t even need to use the upstairs. The two and a half bathrooms were a big plus, and the comfy couch, smart TVs in every room, and well-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher!) made the stay extra convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The backyard is a highlight—beautiful and a great spot to relax. The only minor downside is the lack of grassy space for pets, but we made it work. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely book again!

Lyn Finman

House was clean and has a nice little backyard. Lots of accommodation for sleeping on the second and third floors but the only common space is on the ground floor. The property has the feel of being used for large gatherings; some of the paint shows signs of where maybe a sign was taped up and was not removed very carefully. Other than a few cosmetic issues, the beds were all very comfortable and the house is new enough that the climate control and other essential features were all great. We had bad timing with Xfinity doing work on their infrastructure so lost WiFi on three different days, but the host was great about bringing a mobile network when we explained the impact of the outage on teleworking (kudos to the host; don't buy Xfinity). Location is convenient to many things but it's kind of sandwiched between major streets so not ideal for walking our dog. Interesting mix of old/new properties in the neighborhood, typical of Charleston's weird zoning and wild growth.

Spacious house convenient to Shem Creek, Patriots Point, and downtown Charleston. We had the whole family (ranging from ages 4 to 80) out for Christmas and we had a great time. Our hosts were very communicative and even managed to get an item we left by mistake back to us! Would definitely stay again
