Check in is scheduled for 4pm. If the cleaners finish preparing the home early we always let our guests know that they can enter early. A check in message will be sent the day of check in alerting you when the property is ready to enter with the door code and address.
If you have a special request for early check in you can always reach out with your request and we will try our very best.
Check out time is 10am in Myrtle Beach and 11am at all other locatins. We do not allow for late check out as our cleaners promptly arrive after check out to prepare the properties for the next guests.
Yes, but please be mindful of the walls. DO NOT use scotch tape as it can destroy the paint. We reccomend using command strips or painters tape.
