Pretty nice overall - a few issues with cleanliness (one of the beds had some dirt and a hair tie left over from a previous guest) but no major issues. Walls are very thin so you can hear the neighboring unit when they get loud. Garage parking and proximity to the beach are a big plus.

House was clean, no complaints on cleanliness what so ever. Garage was Perfect!! it had an EV charger for those who drive electric. (1st staying somewhere that had charging available.) Alex had great communication, kept me informed and responded right away. I look forward to staying again and if available may be taking 2-3 units on the next trip. Great Placd to stay in Myrtle Beach...

Alex was the best host ever. He responded back to me within minutes. His home is clean, safe, & exactly as shown on pictures. Tbh it's nicer than the pictures. It was also only a 5 min walk to the beach..I'll give it a 20/10. If you need a rental in the area. Alex is the man.
