This place is dated which would've been ok but it was nasty. The furniture is what you see in the picture but housekeeping didn't clean this place. I wish I could share the photos I took and sent to the owner. The vents had mold in them and didn't look like anyone has every cleaned them. The closets were used as storage and the hanging racks need to be replaced because it had corroded. The kitchen counter had a piece missing. The beds were springy. We didn't even sleep in the beds well my parents slept in the master bed but the other beds weren't used. The pots and pans need to be thrown away because they were extremely old. We sent countless pics, they had housekeeper come by she said she couldn't resolve our issues they will have an expert come by, no one came. the only thing the owner could advise us was to find another location on Christmas eve and they will refund us. I had to involve airbnb. this place has potential but VERY NASTY. need new owners and housekeeping

My family and I needed to get away for a quick weekend to the beach after the holidays. Alex's place was perfect for the 4 of us. There was plenty of great space to be with each other and to have some time for yourself. The view is fantastic as this is a corner unit. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend. As this unit is located in North Mrytle Beach, it was a more residential area. it was peaceful and quiet but still close enough for restaurants and shopping. The location is ideal if you want to get away from the more tourist areas of Mrytle Beach. My family and I would definitely recommend Alex's place and we look forward to returning to it ourselves the next time we need a beach get away.
